Even when we feel stuck, hurt or confused; our mood or life feel off balance; or our relationship has lost it's way, with the right support, we can draw upon existing strengths and wisdom to take the leap into transitions towards a better life for ourselves. I work with couples, seeking a bridge back to one another when distance, conflict or communication difficulties have taken away their sense of connectedness and understanding. I work with individuals to help them find a sense of clarity and resilience to clear away obstacles or heal painful memories that seem insurmountable.
