I take a holistic approach to counseling and focus on the importance of the roles that psychological, biological, environmental, spiritual, and social factors play in a client’s life. I subscribe to a developmental perspective and take an attachment-based approach, and I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and the counselor is ultimately the key to an effective counseling process.
