My hope is to support you in finding connection with your own inner wisdom, purpose, and healing - so that you can move towards more preferred and expansive life experiences. I use mindful somatic experiencing (Hakomi), and teach somatic nervous system regulation tools, and am influenced by Internal Family Systems parts work. I treat anxiety, depression, issues of relationship, self-worth, life changes, aging and post-traumatic stress. Eastern philosophies inform my work through my history as an acupuncturist and yoga teacher. I hope to tend to your inner world with sensitivity and kindness - and support your path to wholeness.
