My work integrates EMDR, parts work (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to support healing at the root. Our work focuses on understanding how past experiences shape present patterns while supporting nervous system regulation and emotional integration. Sessions may include somatic awareness, parts-based exploration, EMDR, and contemplative practices that foster insight, embodiment, and genuine internal change.
