Offering guidance and support, my focus is to empower individuals and couples to increase harmony in their relationships and to develop an attitude of loving kindness toward themselves. My intention is to raise awareness of the impact of our thoughts on our feelings in order to awaken the power within each person to reduce negative thinking and increase health and well-being. A specialty is individual personal psychotherapy.
