Hi, I'm Andee (she/hers)! I graduated from George Fox University in May 2020 with a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavior therapy skills, trauma treatment, and mindfulness. In our time together, my role will be to support you by exploring unhelpful thinking patterns, changing negative self-talk, learning assertive communication, learning how to set good boundaries, and exploring how your past traumatic experiences affect your day-to-day life and relationships.
