I offer a trauma informed approach to therapy and am trained in EMDR. Many of us have found ourselves struggling to make sense of the unexpected in life. When we get overwhelmed, it can lead to struggles with anxiety, depression. connecting with others, and difficulty functioning after highly stressful or traumatic events. My role as a therapist is to come alongside you and support you in processing life's challenges and developing a path forward. Understanding yourself and the impacts of your experiences can give you the opportunity to build deeper connections with those you love and make peace with your journey.
