Life is a series of beginnings and endings. Each step of a cycle brings with it a myriad of emotions and experiences, some of which might be troubling & lead to self doubt or despair. I seek to support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom to navigate cycles & life's changes in meaningful, intentional ways. My approach is holistic in empowering personal growth by utilizing intrinsic strengths to reclaim one's voice & improve well-being. My experience as a counselor & death doula allows me to hold space for the most difficult topics and uncomfortable conversations with compassion & non-judgment.
