If you are seeing this page, you have already taken the first brave steps in the journey of caring for your mental health. As a therapist, I believe each of my clients are the experts of their own lives. My sessions are a collaboration, using your strengths, experiences and goals to guide our work together. Vulnerability is both courageous and often uncomfortable. In our work together, my role will be to support, encourage and empower you to recognize your own wisdom. I will hold space for you without judgement, to support you in navigating the multitude of discomforts and barriers that often hinder us from our authentic selves.
