I work with folks who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, AFAB, or gender-diverse and curious about ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence that don’t fit the “typical” profile. Many of my clients also feel anxious, burned out, or emotionally overwhelmed and want clarity, self-understanding, and tools to work with their brain in a way that feels supportive and allows for more ease in daily life.
