I believe deeply in the power of therapy, and the human capacity to heal, grow, or adapt to new environments and challenges. I want to help people find their best selves and know that they don’t have to continue to live in ways that aren’t meeting their needs. I am open to meeting with a wide variety of clients, ages 18+, to find the ways that they might need assistance in moving forward. That might involve reexamining old beliefs, healing trauma, working through grief, finding motivation, or just finding a path that fits you. I’m excited to walk with you on this journey.
