Life is too short to feel so stuck. I believe that anyone can make change in life when they are ready. I have extensive experience as a therapist and my clients often report feeling better after just a few sessions. I believe that through approaching change in a holistic manner, addressing both mind and body in an atmosphere of trust and collaboration healing can occur.
