As a therapist, I believe everyone has inherent value, and I want to create a space where every person feels safe, confident and comfortable. As well as meeting people where they are and help them rediscover their intrinsic value, worth, and develop self-compassion and self-worth. There are challenges in life that are hard. I will work to empower you and to help you become the best and strongest version of yourself. My goal is to walk along side you through this process.
