I like to work with anxiety disorders, particularly people struggling with panic attacks, perfectionism, phobias, and other fears. It's common that people feel that their feared situations are off-limits to them, and I like to help people gently push those limits little by little until the world feels comfortable to them again. I also love helping people explore general life and career goals, hobbies that bring them joy, and ways to communicate that help strengthen their relationships.
