Accepting new patients. I’m passionate about helping people find hope, clarity, and strength in their healing journey. My philosophy is that the only way to grow is by getting uncomfortable; when we are comfortable, we are not growing. My goal is to support you by unpacking all of the things that we often try to hide and ignore, by facing them with self-compassion, love and understanding. My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and person-centered. I believe that each client brings unique experiences and wisdom, and my role is to create a safe, affirming space where your story can be heard and understood.
