If you are facing a transition or big decision, whether it is welcomed, dreaded and/or scary, therapy can be a place to explore the questions that lie beneath the surface. I help people, through deep conversations, listen to themselves, in order to discover what they truly want and to overcome the obstacles, both internal and external, that stand in their way. I have found that there is nothing so bad, that we can't make it worse. Thus, the first order of business is not to exacerbate whatever you are dealing with - whether with your fears or your actions.
