I provide trauma therapy and EMDR therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and developmental trauma, as well as neurodiversity-affirming care for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism, anxiety, and identity transitions in Portland, Oregon. I am an EMDR-certified ( EMDRIA-approved) therapist and integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Somatic Processing Therapy (SPT), and Motivational Interviewing to support healing at both cognitive and body-based levels. I am also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
