We draw from evidence-based and experiential therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral modalities (DBT and ACT), EMDR, Brainspotting, Imago Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Effective therapy provides open space to explore and understand why we think, feel and do the things we do. We often fall out of balance and become stuck in conflict within. This often spirals to further distress, uncertainty, paralysis, panic, fear, or hopelessness. If you find yourself stuck here, you are not alone and support is available. Many people struggle with an inner critic that causes doubt, confusion and disconnection from others. Our goal is to help you reconnect by providing a compassionate space that invites you to tune into your inner Truth, make peace within and grow in relationship within yourself and with others.
